Public Internet Access

All Yukon Public Libraries offer free Internet access and some offer computer work stations and free wifi.

How to access the Internet at your library

Free Internet access is available at all Yukon Public Libraries. Be advised that time limits and other restrictions are in effect. Please contact your local library for more information.

Wifi is available at most Yukon Public Libraries. Bandwidth available through the network is limited so maximum use is one hour, per person, per day. The system accommodates email, research, and social networking but does not support high data uses like downloading or gaming. Access may be interrupted, restricted or terminated at any time to maintain the integrity of the network. As reliable and secure connections cannot be guaranteed, use of the wireless network is at the user's own risk. Printing is not available through the wireless network.
